Deck Sheet

Turn a spreadsheet of short tabletop text into cards for your next playtest.

Deck Sheet uses one layout: a title, body and optional footer. Open the local HTML file, edit your cards and export. Full brings in the whole deck from CSV and lays it out for printing.

Free or Full?

Free: edit one card, export its PNG and save an editable project you can reopen. It uses the same layout and text checks as Full. Download Free.

Full — $8 once: import UTF-8 CSV, set quantities and export up to 180 physical cards. Save Letter or A4 PDF sheets with nine cards per page and cut marks, or download a ZIP of individual PNGs.

Full includes Playtest Debrief, 18 editable prompts about decisions, rules and what to change next. Free includes the first card. You may adapt the prompts for your own projects.

Will it fit your deck?

Cards are 2.5 × 3.5 inches; PNGs are 750 × 1,050 pixels. Choose 10, 11 or 12 pt body text. Overfull fields are flagged before export; text does not shrink automatically.

This is a text-card layout. Artwork placement, card backs, duplex arrangement and print-shop bleed are unsupported. Print at Actual size / 100% and measure a first page.

The font supports printable ASCII, Latin-1 letters and symbols except soft hyphen, and selected punctuation including curly quotes, dashes, bullets and ellipsis. Emoji, combining accents and other scripts are unsupported. The guide lists CSV headers and text limits.

Open and save locally

Extract the ZIP and open deck-sheet.html in a desktop browser. No account, installer or network connection is required. Save your project before closing; there is no autosave.

License and help

Your cards and projects remain yours to use commercially. You may share unaltered Free copies. Full permits private modification for the purchaser’s use but may not be redistributed. Example prompts, bundled libraries and the font have the separate permissions included in the download.
