Export Queue for Aseprite

Make your game’s sprite sheet and its preview GIF from the same saved export setup.

Export Queue remembers your artwork, frames, format, scale and destination inside Aseprite. After an edit, choose your recipes, review the filenames and run them together. Existing files need your confirmation before replacement; the source sprite stays unchanged.

Full — $9 once: save and run queues of up to 32 recipes. Keep separate recipes for game assets, previews and enlarged images.

Both editions export horizontal PNG sheets with Aseprite JSON, animated GIFs and numbered PNG frames. Choose all visible artwork or one layer/group, all frames or one tag, and scales from 1× to 8×. Recipes save beside your artwork.

The editable Warped City player includes idle and run animations, with recipes for a sprite sheet, GIF and numbered frames. A guide walks through installation and your first export.

Before downloading

Requires Aseprite, purchased or built separately. Tested with Aseprite 1.3.18.6 on Linux, Windows 11 and Intel macOS; Apple Silicon is untested. Install the .aseprite-extension through Aseprite’s Extensions preferences, then open File → Export Queue.

Sheets are horizontal, without trimming or packing. Tags export one playback cycle; GIFs have a 256-color limit. See the guide for size limits. The extension works offline.

License and help

Use your licensed edition for personal or commercial work. Your artwork and exports remain yours. Private modifications must respect the Free/Full edition rights; the extension itself may not be redistributed. Full terms are included.

The included Warped City artwork by Luis Zuno (Ansimuz) is separately CC0 and may be used, modified and shared commercially.
